DESIGNER

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Junior to Mid-Level Designer eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role supports the design and development of home décor products for key retail partners.

Reporting to the Principal Design Manager, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring trend-driven, commercially viable products from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product design and presentations for assigned accounts

• Create and maintain CADs, technical specs, and design files

• Assist with sample tracking and pre-production reviews

• Collaborate with internal teams and overseas factories

• Research trends and help translate them into retail-ready products

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant design experience (internships included)

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; 3D software (Fusion 360/SolidWorks) a plus

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Interest in home décor and trend-driven design
